After undergoing her own 70-pound weight loss transformation, she has maintained her results for over a decade through sustainable lifestyle habits and evidence-based wellness practices. Alongside her personal achievements, Ally holds advanced degrees in sports rehabilitation and movement science, including a Doctorate in Athletic Training. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), bringing both her academic expertise and clinical experience to every customized injury recovery program.
